<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>This position is situated within MacKillop Education Geelong (MacKillop Specialist School P-12) and reports to the Primary Leader. They will work collaboratively to develop and deliver highly effective and engaging learning programs that are suited to the diverse needs of our students and meet the requirements of the Victorian Curriculum. </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>This is a Full-Time Fixed Term (38 hours per week until 31/12/2025) opportunity based in Geelong within our MacKillop Education (Geelong campus) program. The position reports to the Primary Leader.</strong></p><p><i><strong> </strong></i></p><p><strong>Key Selection Criteria:</strong></p><p>To be successful in this role, you will have:</p><ul><li>A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.</li><li>A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent and eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.</li><li>Early childhood training and/or experience is welcomed but not essential.</li><li>· Demonstrated understanding of and experience in implementing highly aspirational initiatives in student learning, informed by the Victorian Curriculum.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><i>Please address the full Key Selection Criteria outlined in the PD as part of your application.</i></p><p> </p><p><strong>For a full position listing, please click APPLY.
