<p>Essential Selection Criteria</p><p>• A passion for teaching children and commitment to raising the standard of achievement</p><p>• Australian Teaching qualifications</p><p>• NESA accreditation and a current NSW Working with Children Check</p><p>• Demonstrated administrative skills, with high level of flexibility and adaptability and ability to prioritise and work as part of a team</p><p>• Demonstrated ability in integrating ICT in the classroom</p><p>• Experience in using engaging and relevant learning experiences</p><p>• Experience teaching in mixed ability classrooms</p><p>• Thorough understanding and experience in applying formative and summative practices to assess student learning</p><p>• Australian Teaching experience</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written</p><p> </p>
