<p>The privilege and responsibility to lead Doomadgee State School could be your next school leadership role and exciting opportunity to make a difference in our community.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p><a href="https://doomadgeess.eq.edu.au/" rel="nofollow"><u>Doomadgee State School</u></a> is seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader to step into the role of Principal.</p><p>Doomadgee State School participates in the Partnership Initiative and receives prioritised support and resourcing to provide locally responsible, flexible, integrated and tailored strategies co-designed with community.</p><p>In recognition of the complexities and the critical role the Principal at Doomadgee State Schools plays in shaping the future of its students, this position is remunerated at a Level 7 salary through the special purpose classification uplift.</p><p><strong>&#xfeff;The School</strong></p><p><a href="https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id&#61;100057180351748&amp;ref&#61;embed_page" rel="nofollow"><u>Doomadgee State School</u></a> is located within the Department&#39;s North Queensland education region. This special purpose classification level uplift arrangement is intended to retain and attract school leaders who can drive improvements in learning and life outcomes through a system wide approach within Partnership Initiative schools and their communities.
