<p>St Patrick&#39;s Primary School is a vibrant and dynamic Catholic school, 20 minutes from Melbourne&#39;s northern suburbs. It sits alongside Assumption College, our sister Marist school, and we work very closely with their staff and students alike.</p><p>We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced applicants within a primary school environment for a Student Wellbeing Leader that will support the school&#39;s wellbeing and pastoral care of the students at St Patrick’s to ensure the vision and ethos of the School are achieved.</p><p>Applicants should be able to demonstrate the key selection criteria:</p><ul><li>Wellbeing is well known and understood within the school community;</li><li>Support services are arranged for students when required;</li><li>Child Safe standards are implemented and followed routinely;</li><li>Consistent behaviour management processes are followed throughout the school;</li><li>PBL, SEL and related programs are embedded into the curriculum.</li></ul><p>The school values staff who are comfortable in an environment of ongoing improvement, self-reflection, coaching/mentoring and peer interaction. We are looking for creative thinkers, who are life-long learners and want to be part of a well-supported team in a relatively new, beautiful built environment.</p><p>St Patrick’s is a school committed to the safety, well-being and protection of all children in our care. A sound and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current &#39;Child Safe&#39; standards is required.
