Base salary ranges from $71,578 to $78,175. Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As a School Support Officer (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community and in this role you will generally assist the Business Manager complete a number of ongoing projects that supports the delivery of quality learning and teaching within a Catholic school context through effective site, financial and business management in terms of all non-educational operation aspects of the school.<br><br>To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p><ul><li>strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with contractors, staff and parents/carers when required</li><li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>experience working in administration</li><li>the ability to learn new systems such as CiA and Compass</li><li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li><li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li><li>interpersonal skills in working with a range of people</li><li>excellent written and oral communication</li><li>accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li><li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li><li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li></ul><p>You should have attained:</p><ul><li>a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
