Parade College is seeking to appoint a Daily Organiser.

The College will welcome full-time female student enrolments for the first time in our long history, into Year 11 in 2025. Starting in Term 1 2025, our VCE Vocational Major program, based at our Preston campus, will be expanding our student offerings by introducing a new Tertiary Pathways Program. The Tertiary Pathways Program will include a second stream of our highly successful Sport Academy, along with a new Business Academy. Both academies will provide a bespoke educational opportunity that will allow students to gain direct entry into a number of undergraduate tertiary courses at La Trobe University upon completion of the two-year course. </p><p>The professional environment for staff at Parade College emphasises innovation, the importance of lifelong learning and quality relationships between staff, students and the College community.</p><p><strong>THE POSITION</strong><br />The Daily Organiser works with the Director of Operations and as a member of the Daily Organisation Team to ensure the efficient and effective daily operations of the College. The Daily Organiser is responsible on a day to day basis for the smooth and efficient operation of the daily routines of the College, through the process of coordinating, managing and monitoring short-term cover for teacher absences.</p><p>The Daily Organiser coordinates duty rosters to ensure appropriate arrangements are in place to supervise students outside of class time. They are responsible for coordinating significant events and the use of classrooms and other common facilities.</p><p>This position is central to the smooth functioning of the College and is responsible for supporting the scheduling and rostering of key College programs and the support of the Daily Organisation function as required.</p><p>This role requires significant attention to detail through data entry and validation using a variety of platforms, alongside strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>This role requires significant attention to detail through data entry and validation using a variety of platforms, alongside strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>The leadership appointment is for a two year term commencing January 2024, with an ongoing teaching position associated with this appointment.
