Our staff are committed to ensuring the best possible learning environment so that our students are empowered to seek truth, make meaning and take hope-filled action for the world.</p><p>We are looking for an energetic, creative leader with a passion for working in dialogue with others to make a positive difference in the lives of children.</p><p> </p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate:</p><ul><li>a commitment to Catholic education, and an understanding of the leadership role in Catholic education;</li><li>a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children;</li><li>current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching;</li><li>accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school or be working towards gaining this;</li><li>a completed Victorian Registration and Qualification Authority Fit and Proper Statutory Declaration;</li><li>evidence of working towards or attainment of academic qualifications additional to initial teacher education (Master’s degree or five year equivalent); </li><li>relevant leadership experience within the last five years in Catholic parish primary schools, or current experience in a role associated with and supporting Catholic parish primary schools;</li><li>commitment to dialogue, teamwork and the skills to work collaboratively;</li><li>a passion for working with children, dedicated to supporting their academic, emotional and spiritual growth;</li><li>highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to relate positively with others.</li><li>highly developed organisational and time management skills.</li><li>a commitment to their own personal, spiritual and professional growth.</li><li>experience in leading Learning and Teaching and/or Mathematics is advantageous.</li></ul><p><i>The St Luke&#39;s community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.</i></p>
