The CEO Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Executive Assistant and People and Culture Officer (EA and P&amp;C Officer) within the People and Culture (P&amp;C) service area provides high-level support to the P&amp;C Leader and leadership team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the P&amp;C function. The EA plays a critical role in managing priorities, coordinating key deliverables, and maintaining alignment with broader organisational objectives.</p><p>This dynamic position is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and secretariat services, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The EA and P&amp;C Officer's contributions to proactive planning, document preparation, and governance support directly influence the success of the P&amp;C team and its ability to foster a positive organisational culture.</p><p>This role is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic coordination, operational excellence, and people-focused support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>To be successful in this role you need to be an organised and proactive professional with experience providing executive-level support, ideally within a human resources environment.
