<ul><li>Seeking an Individual Learning Teacher to support our Primary School students in reaching their full potential</li><li>Permanent, part-time position</li><li>A supportive and welcoming school that values and nurtures teacher growth</li></ul><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking suitably qualified, innovative and enthusiastic Individual Learning teachers to support our Primary School students who have a broad range of additional needs, including cognitive, social/emotional, physical, and sensory differences. This role plays a crucial part in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that enables all students to reach their full potential.</p><p>Reporting to the Deputy Head (Head of Primary), through the Head of Individual Learning, the Individual Learning Teacher is expected to uphold and embody the school’s purpose and values both inside and outside the classroom. Working in close collaboration with the Head of Individual Learning, they will design and implement targeted intervention and enrichment programs that promote academic excellence, personal growth, and student engagement.</p><p>As an inclusive educator, the Individual Learning Teacher will take an active role in building the capacity of classroom teachers and other professionals, equipping them with strategies to create positive, differentiated, and enriching educational experiences for students with diverse learning profiles.
