<p>St Patrick&#39;s College is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Year 7 to 12 in the Edmund Rice tradition. This pivotal role involves guiding students through their career education, work experience, and post-school pathways, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their futures.</p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with students, staff, families, and external stakeholders to foster a culture of aspiration and readiness for life beyond school, supporting students in their transition to tertiary education, training, or employment.</p><p>The Careers and Pathways Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing a ‘best practice’ career program tailored to the needs and goals of our students.</p><p>They must demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and decision-making skills while upholding the values of a Catholic boys’ school in the Edmund Rice tradition.
