<p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We have an opportunity for a Tennis Coach to prepare and deliver both group and private tennis lessons safely. Operating from our state-of-the-art tennis complex with six floodlit acrylic hard courts, this role involves coaching and supervising tennis match play programs.</p><p>Rostered working hours may include:</p><ul><li>Before or after school on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday</li><li>Supervision of Saturday afternoon Brisbane Super League fixtures</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Why work at Sheldon College?</strong></p><p>At <strong>Sheldon College</strong> we are striving to be an Employer of Choice. Minimum: Tennis Australia Development (Level 1) Coaching Qualification.</li><li>Demonstrated experience coaching from juniors to senior levels. </li><li>Experience with Tennis Australia Hot Shots programs.</li><li>Eligible to hold a Qld Paid Working with Children Blue Card.</li><li>Current First Aid qualifications.</li><li>Ability to inspire tennis players at all levels of participation</li><li>Initiative and ability to work autonomously.</li><li>Ability to establish effective relationships with Students, Colleagues, Parents and the wider community.</li><li>Strong team orientation and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>About us</strong></p><p><strong>Sheldon College </strong>is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational College situated in Redland City, catering for students from 15 months of age through to Year 12.
