We are a well-established and vibrant community for over 800 students located in Orchard Hills in outer western Sydney.</p><p>Our motto of <i>Strive for the Highest</i> informs our practice and aspirations for our students. We focus on a whole-school approach that brings consistency through our bespoke <i>Great Learning, Well People</i> framework, where the learning, wellbeing, pastoral and spiritual needs of students is prioritised, and excellence is pursued.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a key leader within the School, you will be integral in supporting and inspiring colleagues and engaging with parents and the wider community to actively promote a culture of care and excellence. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Principal, the Head of Primary Years will provide strategic leadership and operational management for their team in alignment with the school’s strategic plan, vision and mission. This is a full-time position commencing at the start of Term 2 or by negotiation.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You will be an experienced and dedicated leader who is committed to your own personal and professional development. You will continue to seek out opportunities to learn from and network with colleagues in other independent schools and have a vision for excellence in all that you do that inspires others.
