St Padre Pio Catholic Primary School in Thornhill Park seeks to employ a passionate and motivated School Office Manager for a full time ongoing position. The position will begin Term 3, 2025 (Semester 2). St Padre Pio Primary School & Children's Hub is currently under construction and formation and will open to the Thornhill Park community in 2026.

<p>The successful applicant needs to be committed to delivering a high standard of work, possess passion and enthusiasm, and will be integral in working with the principal in the formation of St Padre Pio PS. </p><p>The successful applicant will also need to work with and alongside administrative staff from MACSEYE and the St Padre Pio Children&#39;s Hub. This requirement will evolve as the partnership between MACS and MACSEYE grows and becomes more established. </p><p>The successful applicant will be required to:</p><ul><li>have an understanding, commitment, and support for the values and ethos of a Catholic Primary School and the mission of the Catholic Church</li><li>demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children in accordance with Child Safe standards</li><li>foster and develop appropriate professional relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider school community</li><li>collaboratively plan and work in a team with flexibility, creativity, passion and enthusiasm </li><li>view themselves as a lifelong learner</li><li>display initiative and commitment to ongoing improvement</li><li>sound knowledge in managing the school&#39;s financial services on a day-to-day basis, such as collecting school fees and managing accounts receivable/payable</li><li>sound knowledge in managing the school&#39;s budgets, supply procurement and payment</li><li>sound knowledge in managing the school&#39;s general and financial administration </li><li>able to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner while working with little supervision</li><li>be adaptable and have a sense of humour</li></ul><p><strong>Applications close Wednesday 26th February at 5pm.</strong></p><p><strong>Applicants who have had experience in MACS Catholic schools preferred.</strong></p><p><i>The school reserves the right to interview and appoint a successful applicant before the application closing date.</i></p><p><i>At St Padre Pio, we hold the care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people as a central and fundamental responsibility of our school and expect the same of all prospective employees.</i></p>
