Radford College is seeking an IT End User Services Manager to manage and support the College's IT Infrastructure

With excellent communication skills, you have a strong customer-service focus and can be relied upon to work autonomously and lead a small team of Technicians. In addition, you will also:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Have sound knowledge of computer operating systems and software (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Office 365) and willingness to learn new systems and software</li><li>Demonstrate experience of hardware repair and fault diagnosis</li><li>Demonstrate a passion for collaborative working as a member of a high-functioning team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities</li><li>Experience in managing and meeting KPI’s individually and in a team setting </li><li>Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal, and time management skills</li><li>Be able to think critically, analyse situations and implement solutions </li><li>Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare</li><li>Be reliable and punctual</li><li>Support Radford’s strategic priorities and goals</li><li>Uphold Radford’s Values of Truth, Compassion and Wisdom</li><li>At least 2 years’ experience leading customer facing Technical Team, either as Manager, Team Leader or similar </li><li>Relevant experience or qualifications in IT Service Management (ITSM)/ITIL</li><li>Tertiary qualifications in an IT related field are desirable. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 years’ experience leading customer facing Technical Team, either as Manager, Team Leader or similar </li><li>Relevant experience or qualifications in IT Service Management (ITSM)/ITIL</li><li>Tertiary qualifications in an IT related field are desirable. </li></ul><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>Your application needs to include a current resume and a cover letter detailing the skills and personal attributes you believe make you suitable for the role.
