Kindergarten to Year 6 serving the Dapto Parish with an enrolment of approximately 591 pupils.

<p><strong>Location:</strong> St John's Catholic Parish Primary School, Dapto</p><p>A temporary part time position commencing 28 April 2025 until 19 December 2025.</p><p>The role of &nbsp;Creative Arts - Creative Arts Teacher – Music, Dance, and Drama Teacher, exists to support growth in faith and improvement in learning so that students may reach their full potential.</p><p>ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA</p><ul><li>Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.</li><li>Create and maintain an orderly, safe and supportive learning environment based on the principles of PB4L.</li><li>Ability to plan for and implement effective teaching and learning in the Key Learning Area of Creative Arts (Music).</li><li>Apply knowledge of the diverse needs of students to support their full participation in learning.</li><li>Implement effective teaching strategies in Literacy and Numeracy.</li><li>Use a range of assessment strategies and analyse data to inform student learning.</li><li>Demonstrate commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents /carers and the wider school community.</li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Appropriate qualifications.</li><li>Accredited Level D to teach Religious Education in accordance with <strong>To Work, Teach and Lead</strong> policy or a commitment to gain this level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.</li><li>The applicant must be accredited with NESA to teach in NSW.</li></ul><p>WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE</p><p>This role is classified as child related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.&nbsp;</p><p>POSITION APPLICATION&nbsp;</p><p>Applicants are to complete an online application which asks to briefly address the essential criteria (equivalent to 2-3 pages) and submit a short CV (2-3 pages).</p><p>To submit your Application please select the 'Apply Now' button at the bottom of this advertisement.</p><p><strong>Closing date: 23 February 2025 at 12am</strong></p>
