<p>The position is an ongoing Student Wellbeing Leader role with a POL 2.</p><p>It is desirable that applicants:</p><ul><li>have highly developed inter-personal skills </li><li>have an understanding and able to lead Positive Behaviours for Learning (PBL) approach</li><li>be able to work as a collaborative team player within our school and throughout our broader school community</li><li>possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a diverse range of evidence based counselling </li><li>be able to lead Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to engage students in building relationships, and creating a foundation for academic learning</li><li>be able to counsel students using evidence-based interventions individually or in small groups as appropriate to assist them to cope with and overcome difficulties of a personal, emotional, behavioural and/or social nature</li></ul><p><strong>Position to commence: Immediate start</strong></p>
