<p><strong>Program Director, Teaching & Learning - Fitzroy North College</strong></p><p>Fitzroy North College by Saints College is seeking an experienced Program Director, Teaching & Learning to join their school community. </p><p>Since 2012, Saints College has led the way in radically inclusive education, supporting students with diverse challenges. We are an inclusive school for 12–25-year-olds seeking an alternative to mainstream education. Our environment celebrates all abilities and backgrounds, providing transformative learning experiences catering to individual needs. </p><p>We operate multiple campuses located in Fitzroy North, North Melbourne, Sunshine, Geelong, Colac, Ballarat, Bungaree and a dual engagement virtual learning campus, BlendED.</p><p>The young people we serve often face significant and complex educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal, or familial challenges, which demand unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation by Principles framework, which combines education with an understanding of trauma-informed practices. </p><p><strong>The Role:</strong> </p><p>It is an exciting time to join Fitzroy North College as we are experiencing a period of substantial growth. </p><p>We are looking for a full-time Program Director – Teaching & Learning, to join our team at Fitzroy North College. Reporting to the Deputy Principal, this position is accountable for the provision of best practice teaching and learning strategies across the campus. This includes provision of elective subjects and extracurricular student engagement activities that are delivered in accordance with relevant external and internal standards. </p><p>You will be employed as an ongoing Teacher, with a Position of Leadership (POL) allowance until the end of the 2029 school year.
