You will work holistically, considering each student in their whole person growth.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide <strong>counselling and case management</strong> for students.</li><li>Protect students from <strong>harm and abuse</strong> through intervention and safety planning.</li><li>Develop and implement plans and facilitate referrals to external services.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the <strong>Wellbeing Team</strong> to support student needs.</li><li>Align work with <strong>tiered models of intervention</strong>.</li><li>Address <strong>structural and systemic issues</strong> that impact student wellbeing.</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><p>We welcome applications from:</p><ul><li><strong>Qualified Social Workers</strong>.</li><li><strong>Youth Workers</strong> who have relevant experience and are working towards a Social Work qualification.</li><li><strong>Other relevant qualification </strong>(with extensive experience and appropriate registration) </li></ul><p><strong>About Doxa School Bendigo</strong></p><p>Doxa School Bendigo is a <strong>Catholic Flexible Learning Setting</strong> committed to re-engaging young people in education.
