We are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, spiritually, and socially. </p><p>We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate <strong>TAS Coordinator</strong> to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, starting in <strong>Term 1, 2025</strong>. This role comes with a <strong>Coordinator 2 allowance.</strong> This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is committed to providing a high-quality education and actively contributing to the values and mission of our school.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li> Ability to teach and Industrial Technology or Food Technology</li><li>Lead the TAS (Technology and Applied Studies) department in delivering innovative, engaging, and student-centered learning experiences.</li><li>Contribute to the design, implementation, and review of relevant curriculum materials and resources.</li><li>Provide support for students in both academic and personal development, fostering a positive learning environment.</li><li> Actively contribute to the Christian ethos, values, and mission of the school.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Food Technology and Industrial Technology.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>A commitment to the values and goals of the school, particularly in fostering a Christian learning environment.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students to create an inclusive, supportive educational experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>A tertiary qualification in Education.</li><li>A strong commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the school.</li><li>A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><ul><li>Salaries are in accordance with the Independent Schools NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2021, currently paying above award.</li><li>The two-point allowance is $19,141.20.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p><p>Applications close on 28 February 2025.
