MACS is the employer of employees at Emmanuel College.</p><p>About our school:</p><p>Emmanuel College is vastly increasing in student numbers. We are a two campus College, our St Paul’s single sex boys Campus located in Altona North and our co-educational campus located in Point Cook.</p><p>Operating within a Catholic ethos based on Gospel values, Emmanuel College believes that all students can learn when given a safe and caring environment, as expressed through its Marianist tradition.</p><p>This Marianist culture seeks to produce students capable of having a positive impact on the world and never loses sight of catering for whole student development, for which its teaching community is collectively responsible. They must also have excellent classroom management skills and have a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and contemporary pedagogues.</p><p>Salary: Based on experience in accordance with the Teacher scale of the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA). These are Fixed Term Full Time positions.</p><p>Position Description: Please refer below for the position description.</p><p>Skills/Experience required:</p><ul><li>Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification.</li><li>A strong commitment to Catholic education.</li><li>An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>An ability to create an engaging, educational, and challenging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students.</li><li>An eagerness to learn.</li><li>An enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Special Requirements:</p><ul><li>Emmanuel College promotes the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children; therefore, the successful applicant must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to providing a safe environment for children.</li><li>The successful applicant will hold the Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.</li><li>Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.</li></ul><p>Applications must be submitted by&nbsp;<strong>4pm on Friday 28 February.</strong> Whilsit we have two campuses, majority of the above positions are for the Notre Dame Campus, in Point Cook.</p><p><i>MACS is committed to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children in our care.
