<p><strong>Contract type : Ongoing, Full-time</strong><br /><strong>Start date : 1 August 2025</strong><br /> </p><p><strong>About the roles :</strong></p><p>•    Teach the French (classiques and modernes literature) curriculum in French to Secondary school students (Years 6 to 12)<br />•    Prepare students for examinations<br />•    Teach within the framework of the fundamental principles of the French and Australian educational systems with high standards expected<br />•    An ability to teach across different subject areas would be an advantage</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>•    Remuneration as per the Independent Schools NSW/ACT industrial agreement (Annual full time base between a minimum of $86,607 AUD and a maximum of $132,260 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience)<br />•    Discount on tuition fees if your child is enrolled at the Lycée - up to 40% per child<br />•    Opportunity to participate in paid extra-curricular activities, $104 AUD for 90 minute sessions<br />•    Access to a wide range of local and international vocational training opportunities</p><p><strong>The ideal candidate :</strong></p><p>•    Bachelor&#39;s degree &#43; Master&#39;s degree in education &#43; competitive examination (CAPES/Agrégation), subject to assessment by Australian agencies<br />•    Minimum of 4 years&#39; full-time experience<br />•    Previous experience in the French Education system, with excellent command of the French national curriculum<br />•    Previous experience in collège and lycée<br />•    Native French speakers, with level of English equivalent to an overall IELTS general score of at least 5.0 for each subject, i.e. approximately level B1 of the CEFR<br />•    Knowledge of the AEFE network and the French education system abroad<br />•    Ability to teach across subject areas is highly regarded<br /> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
