<p>Are you a collaborative leader looking for a new challenge in an environment where inspiration meets passion?<br>Join St Augustine's College in 2025 as part of the College’s executive team in the role of <strong>Deputy Principal: Wellbeing</strong>.</p><p>In this pivotal role The Deputy Principal: Wellbeing ensures that the College has sound pastoral care, student management and behaviour policies and procedures that support students, parents, and staff. The Deputy Principal: Wellbeing oversees the work and development of the Wellbeing Leadership Team which consists of three Community Wellbeing Leaders, two College Counsellors and one Educational Psychologist. The Deputy Principal: Wellbeing will develop positive relationships with students and staff to facilitate interest in learning excellence, as well as their personal growth and development. The Deputy Principal: Wellbeing is responsible for ensuring that all child safety and student wellbeing policies, processes and procedures adhere to Government and Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) requirements.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Deputy Principal: Wellbeing</strong> to join our school community.</p><p>An exciting Full Time - Fixed Term - 12 months leadership opportunity exists for a Deputy Principal to join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment.</p><p>The responsibility of the Deputy Principal: Wellbeing includes strengthening the performance and development culture of the College by promoting an enriching and supportive student wellbeing program, policies and procedures which encourage and exemplify the sharing of skills, knowledge, and ideas.
