The Learning Diversity Administration Assistant is responsible for the Administration function of the Learning Diversity Team which supports students, especially those with learning/social/emotional challenges.

In the tradition of our founder Edmund Rice, we respect all cultures and faith traditions by providing high-quality education that is inclusive and affordable.</p><p>All members of staff are required to actively support and live in harmony with the Catholic ethos of the College, in the tradition of Blessed Edmund Rice.</p><p> With the excitement of coeducation resulting in growth and new building developments that include a new Senior Centre and Primary Years Precinct, St Paul&#39;s College is pleased to invite quality applications for the following position:</p><p>Learning Diversity Administration Assistant</p><p>St Paul&#39;s College is seeking applicants with a passion to provide administration to the Learning Support Team which assists student learning in the classroom, within small groups and in a one-on-one capacity commencing Term 1 2025.</p><p>This position is five days per week during term time,  with some school holiday work.</p><p>Formal qualifications are not essential but enrolment in a course relevant to educational support would be advantageous.</p><p>The successful applicant needs to:</p><ul><li> </li><li>Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity and Edmund Rice Tradition of our College using the FRED values of Faith, Relationships, Excellence and Diversity</li><li>Have a demonstrated ability to collaborate in a dynamic and flexible learning environment</li><li>Have a passion and dedication to supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds</li><li>Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills in developing positive and collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader community</li><li>Display high level of administration skills</li><li>Hold a high cultural awareness and sensitivity</li></ul><p>All applications are to be submitted via the St Paul&#39;s College website.
