If you are an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who is excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, faith-filled environment, we invite you to apply for the role of Teacher of Drama and English or Religious Education.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Position Highlights</strong></p><p>St Mary's Cathedral College Sydney is seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate Drama and English/Religious Education Teacher.&nbsp;<br>This is a full-time, ongoing position, commencing Term 1, 2025.<br><br><strong>About You</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Teacher of Drama and English/RE</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.</p><p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p><ul><li>ability to teach Stage 6 Drama is essential</li><li>willingness to teach Drama in the Junior and Middle schools is desirable</li><li>exemplary classroom practice and experience in teaching</li><li>dynamic and innovative practitioner with suitable experience in teaching, programming and assessment</li><li>ability to differentiate the curriculum to meet the diverse learning needs of the students</li><li>sound interpersonal skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as a team member</li><li>confidence with the integration of technology into the curriculum to promote quality learning principles</li><li>an understanding and an ability to support the Catholic life of the College</li><li>the ability to teach RE would be considered an advantage.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li></ul><p><strong><u>Interviews may commence prior to the closing date for suitable candidates.</u></strong><br><br><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
