This five-year fixed-term leadership position offers the chance to inspire a thriving school community just 30 minutes from Bendigo.</p><p>About the Role</p><p>As Deputy Principal, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment. Working closely with the Principal and leadership team, your focus will be on embedding a whole-school behaviour curriculum that supports academic excellence and student wellbeing.</p><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead the implementation of the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) framework.</li><li>Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and high expectations across the school.</li><li>Oversee pastoral wellbeing initiatives, behaviour management, and student engagement strategies.</li><li>Act as Principal during their absence, ensuring the smooth management of school operations.</li><li>Drive evidence-informed approaches to professional development, staff capacity building, and conflict resolution.</li></ul><p>Why Join Holy Rosary?</p><p>At Holy Rosary, we are committed to nurturing the academic, social, and spiritual growth of every student.
