Our holistic education centres on the spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of each of our students.</i></p><p>Sacré Cœur is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Diversity Teacher (7-12) to support and champion the diverse learning needs of our students.  This role is integral to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can thrive to reach their full potential.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><ul><li>Part Time | FTE 0.4</li><li>Ongoing</li><li>Commencing 2025</li><li>This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with classroom and subject teachers to design and implement differentiated learning plans, to work closely with our families, specialists, and external agencies to provide holistic support for students</li><li>A School tour for prospective candidates is offered.  <i>Please contact Kim Rowland, Human Resources Manager 9835 2700 to book a time.</i></li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent and eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration with education and experience specific to Special Education</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of and experience of implementing evidence-based teaching practices, informed by the Victorian Curriculum</li><li>Experience and knowledge of VCE is an advantage</li><li>Experience in the design, delivery and assessment of programs that cater for the diverse and complex needs of individual learners, and engage students who have a range of learning difficulties </li><li>Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues to improve the quality of programs and enhance student outcomes</li></ul><p><strong>What Sacré Cœur Offers</strong></p><p>Be part of a supportive School community that values innovation, collaboration, and lifelong learning.  You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and contribute to shaping a more inclusive future.</p><p>Working at Sacré Cœur affords staff the opportunity to experience a relational community where staff are valued and supported.
