<p>The Co-Educator will work 1:1 supporting a student in a classroom environment. This role involves collaborating closely with the Teacher and Inclusive Learning Team to provide exceptional care and education. The Co-Educator will foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the student. Learning and teaching must be carried out within the context of the Mission, Vision, and Values of the College. </p><p>In this role, the Co-Educator will support a child with a physical disability to fully participate in all aspects of schooling. This includes personal care and building and maintaining independence. Experience working with students with physical disabilities is an advantage. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of young child within a supportive and dynamic team.</p><p>The minimum qualification required is a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or Certificate IV in School Based Education Support (or equivalent).</p>
