We are searching to appoint an experienced and dedicated Learning Enrichment teacher on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2025 to support and develop our K to 6 students.

<p><strong>Full-time permanent position to commence in January 2025</strong></p><p><i>“Central Coast Grammar School (CCGS) is committed to the safety, protection, and wellbeing of all our students and children involved in activities at CCGS. The School requires all prospective school staff to contribute to creating a culture of child safety and wellbeing and be committed to protecting students from abuse or harm in the school environment”. All CCGS staff participate in annual training in child protection.  All statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment. </i></p><p>We are searching to appoint an experienced and dedicated Learning Enrichment teacher on a fulltime, permanent basis from January 2025 to support and develop our K to 6 students. </p><p>Some of the key responsibilities are:</p><ul><li>To work within an experienced and cohesive Learning Enrichment team and commit to putting students at the heart of the education process</li><li>Deliver individualised and small group interventions to support students in their learning and to access the curriculum</li><li>Coordinate and allocate Learning Enrichment Teacher Aides (LETAs) to support students, with oversight from the Head of Learning Enrichment K-6</li></ul><p>To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:</p><ul><li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation in NSW (NESA)</li><li>Evidence of high-level student outcomes across Years K to 6</li><li>A high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a classroom teacher</li><li>Highly proficient skills in digital literacy</li><li>An understanding of and ability to differentiate the curriculum</li><li>The capacity to cater for different learning needs</li><li>Experience with assisting the management of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good administrative skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability</li><li>A commitment to the strategic direction and ethos of the school </li></ul><p>Interested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School’s Strategic Plan ‘<i>Striving for Excellence</i>’, available on our website at <a href="http://www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au</a>.
