Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $122,100</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As a <strong>Diverse Learning Teacher</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br><br>To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p><ul><li>support and commit to the mission, values and ethos of Catholic Education</li><li>demonstrate success as a classroom teacher with experience in working with students with diverse needs</li><li>implement high impact teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes for every student</li><li>show experience in collecting and using a range of evidence to assess, evaluate and improve teaching and learning practices</li><li>integrate ICT into teaching and learning programs</li><li>commit to working with students through a positive approach to behaviour management</li><li>have strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"><u>Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</u></a>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
