<p><strong>PART-TIME (2 DAYS PER WEEK) |</strong> <strong>SALARY RANGE– $ 90,000 P.A. (PRO-RATA TO 0.4 FTE) PLUS SUPER |PERMANENT | COMMENCING ON 20 JANUARY 2025</strong></p><p><strong>Are you passionate about training? Do you have a solid understanding of Vocational Education and Training (VET) practices? We are looking for a motivated and skilled RTO Trainer to join our growing team based at MacKillop Catholic College, Johnston!</strong></p><p><strong><u>The Organisation:</u></strong></p><p>Catholic Education in the Northern Territory is a network of schools built on Christian values and on the history and traditions of this land across Australia&#39;s top end. Catholic Education has a network of 18 Catholic schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.</p><p><strong><u>The Role:</u></strong></p><p>Delivery of competency-based training and assessment of national accredited Vocation Education and Training (VET) programs in Early Childhood Education and Care. This is within a school environment including face to face delivery and ensuring national standards are maintained. </p><p><strong><u>Key duties and responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Delivery of competency based training and assessment for VET for secondary students including face to face delivery within the school and training centre environment.</li><li>Ensure all Registered Training Organisation (RTO) administration tasks are completed in a timely manner including attendance sheets, training plans, session plan and review, course preparation, student records and assessment delivery and documentation. </li><li>Develop and continuously review training and assessment resources to support delivery of accredited competencies and qualifications.</li><li>Develop a range of delivery models to support the effective delivery of VET programs and ensure reasonable adjustments complying with national standards are undertaken where necessary to meet the needs of students. </li><li>Support to trainers and students in remote settings. </li><li>Travel to remote settings if required</li><li>Represent the RTO on local and community forums and workshops. </li><li>Full details are outlined in the position description.</li></ul><p><strong><u>WHAT WE OFFER:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary </li><li>5 weeks Annual Leave </li><li>Relocation Assistance up to $ 2,500.00</li><li>Excellent Work Life Balance – Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li>Funded Professional Development</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul><p>This position involves working with children.
