<p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p><p>Hartford College is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join a growing team and be part of our journey as we establish ourselves as Australia&#39;s first Liberal Arts school for boys in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. We are seeking a results driven professional with a strong faith based character who will strive to promote Hartford&#39;s vision in the school and wider community</p><p><strong>Selection Criteria</strong></p><ul><li>Appropriate experience for teaching Science from Years 7-10. </li><li>A current WWCC along with NESA proficient qualification status</li><li>Capacity to differentiate curriculum and assessment to meet individual learning needs</li><li>Ability to scaffold activities to facilitate engaging and appropriate learning opportunities</li><li>Demonstrated ability to act with and foster collaboration and effective teamwork</li><li>Exceptional organisational, administrative and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of, adherence to, and leadership for child safety, the Child Safe Standards and an exceptional culture of child safety</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires self-direction, team-orientation and the ability to effectively handle pressure </li><li>Ability to develop, cultivate and maintain professional relationships with colleagues in the wider school community.</li><li>Ability to participate in the life of Hartford College, including school and community events.</li><li>A commitment to the Catholic ethos, and an appreciation of a liberal arts curriculum.</li><li>If a non-resident, holder of a current Australian working visa not requiring sponsorship. </li></ul><p><strong>Reporting to:</strong>     School Principal and Deputy Principal</p>
