The Head of Co-Curricular at St Edmund&#39;s College is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of the College&#39;s co-curricular program, including sports and other extra-curricular activities. This role balances teaching duties with leadership of the co-curricular program, ensuring a holistic educational experience for students. This role reports directly to the Deputy Principal. The successful applicant will demonstrate:</p><ul><li>An ability to develop an innovative and creative Vision for the College’s Co-Curricular Program and the necessary personal attributes to enable the achievement of the Vision</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, liaising with volunteers, and committees, ensuring collaboration and accountability</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and highly-effective skills in conflict resolution</li><li>Demonstrated teaching expertise with the ability to inspire and engage students in their learning</li><li>A deep understanding of and commitment to the wellbeing of boys and their educational success</li><li>A commitment to the Values, Vision and Mission of the College as a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition</li></ul><p>To be appointed to this position to teach in the ACT, the applicant will need an ACT TQI Registration and a current Working with Vulnerable People (WwVP) card.
