Looking for a permanent, term-time Food Services Manager, commencing as soon as possible.
<p> </p><ul><li>Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition</li><li>Central location in Brisbane<br /> </li></ul><p>St Laurence's College is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition, with an enrolment of over 2,000 boys from Years 5 to 12.</p><p>Applications are invited for a permanent, full-time Food Services Manager, Monday to Friday, commencing as soon as possible. The start date is able to be negotiated with the successful candidate.</p><p>The role of the Food Services Manager will provide a balance range of nutritional food at a reasonable cost to students and staff within the college and coordinate the daily administration of the College Canteen, supervise Canteen staff and provide quality customer service to students and staff, oversee the catering at the College and working out at our Runcorn Sporting Fields assisting at events on some Saturdays of each term (time in lieu given over the school holiday periods).</p><p>Applicants should meet the criteria below:</p><ul><li>Qualifications as a Cook or Chef, would be looked at favorably</li><li>Must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, or looking for the next step in career.</li><li>Must show evidence of current WHS Training; Food Safety Training and/or Supervisor's Certificate; and knowledge of Food Hygiene practices.</li><li>Must hold a current Blue Card.</li></ul><p>Applications, including a covering letter addressing the Selection Criteria, together with a current Curriculum Vitae and the names of two professional referees,<strong><u> should be received no later than 9am on Monday, 25 November 2024</u></strong>.</p><p>Enquiries may be directed to:</p><p>Ms Lorraine Kopp</p><p>Director of Human Resources</p><p>Ph. 3010 1165</p><p>Email: employment@slc.qld.edu.au</p>
