<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We are proud of our staff who have recently accepted internal promotions. </p><p>MacKillop College now invites experienced educators seeking a leadership position where they can be an authentic and positive role model for students, staff and families, and work proactively and collaboratively to develop, maintain and encourage positive and professional relationships across the year level and College. </p><p>Working collaboratively as a member of the Student Wellbeing Team, this role will support and mentor students to meet their conduct and behavioural obligations while encouraging personal accountability. The Year Level Leader will be responsible for the timely provision of support to students, educators and families, promoting collegiality and open dialogue.  </p><p>At MacKillop College we are committed to innovation and working collaboratively.
