We welcome applications from part time (4 days a week) and full time candidates. </p><p>The HR Assistant ensures the timely and accurate provision of HR administration throughout the employment life cycle. This role provides ongoing support to the HR team and members of the school community through a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, preparation of correspondence and maintenance of employee records. </p><p>This role plays a vital part in our team&#39;s mission to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The right candidate can expect numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth, within a supportive team environment that values and acknowledges your contributions.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>This role will suit a highly motivated individual with six months to three years of entry level HR experience looking to take their next step. The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant field with some entry HR administration experience. Excellent time management, an ability to multitask and build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders will be critical to success in the role.
