As a suitably qualified Trainer, you will be a dynamic educator, keen to engage and inspire our students and deliver a curriculum that caters for students with different learning styles. You will also play a vital part in developing and implementing effective lesson plans to ensure high-quality student learning and engagement.</p><p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p><ul><li>degree in Early Childhood Teaching, Early Childhood/Primary Teaching 0-12yrs or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care</li><li>certificate IV in Training and Assessment</li><li>minimum 5 years of industry experience in Early Childhood Children's Services</li><li>familiarity with Early Childhood documentation such as the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority</li><li>support the Catholic identity of the College</li><li>excellent organisational and communication skills</li><li>a passion for teaching and learning, and the education of young adults</li><li>have the flexibility of hours, with block delivery classes</li><li>have the ability to work autonomously and also to work positively and collaboratively as part of a team</li><li>have a commitment to supporting student learning in a unique and innovative learning environment</li><li>ability to deliver online course content and support students using technological learning platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>In joining<a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/"> <u>Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS)</u></a>, you will be part of the largest Catholic education community in NSW, with a unified vision and shared resources, encompassing over 145 schools and over 74,000 students.
