<p>St Michael’s Primary School is a small Catholic co-educational primary school located in the rural township of Heyfield, approximately 40 kilometres from Traralgon and 35 kilometres from Sale. The school prides itself on being a welcoming community where everyone is valued and respected.</p><p>Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for a part time (0.2) ongoing position as a Physical Education Teacher commencing on 28th January 2025. We are seeking a skilled practitioner with a sound knowledge of the Health and PE Curriculum who will engage and excite our students.</p><p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children. The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to deliver the Physical Education curriculum to a range of educational abilities. They will possess the necessary skills to provide students with a rich educational experience that reflects understanding of current educational initiatives and contemporary pedagogy. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be prepared to embrace a team-based collaborative approach to teaching and learning at St. Michael’s.
