Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As part of the Diverse Learning team you will assist the classroom teacher in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes, through a holistic, student centred curriculum.&nbsp;<br><br>To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:</p><ul><li>an understanding of the needs of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support</li><li>ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member</li><li>excellent communication skills</li><li>ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful</li><li>a willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students.</li></ul><p>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>work with children from 12-18 years of age who present with a range of educational needs</li><li>support individual or small groups of students to facilitate and promote participation in learning</li><li>assist with providing exam provisions for students with a learning disability</li><li>work collaboratively within the Diverse Learning team and with classroom teachers</li><li>display discretion, confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the wider community.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support, or willingness to obtain, from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
