This role involves overseeing and enhancing teaching quality, guiding curriculum implementation, and ensuring consistency and excellence across programs throughout the school. The Coordinator will support teachers in applying innovative teaching methods, managing student behaviour, organising relief staff, and working closely with colleagues to achieve the school’s annual improvement goals.
