<p><strong>FULL-TIME |</strong> <strong>SALARY RANGE– $ 75,000 – $ 80,000 P.A. Catholic Education has a network of 18 Catholic schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.</p><p><strong><u>The Role:</u></strong></p><p>The main objective of this role is to provide high-quality, compliant and best-practice payroll processing services to CENT. The position is an integral part of the Catholic Education School Services team, reporting to the Payroll Manager and will carry out the following duties:</p><ul><li>Processing fortnightly payrolls, post-payroll fulfilments and reporting</li><li>Responding to staff queries relating to payroll</li><li>Supporting the Payroll Manager in the management and operation of CENT Enterprise payroll including assisting school Finance staff in the transition to enterprise payroll management</li></ul><p><strong><u>Essential Criteria:</u></strong></p><p>The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:</p><ul><li>Ability to perform the duties mentioned above.</li><li>Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in an environment that includes workers of varying ethnic and cultural backgrounds.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with information that may be considered private and sensitive.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in payroll processing in Technology One or Similar.</li><li>An understanding of and commitment to the Catholic Ethos.</li><li>The ability to work with minimal supervision and to achieve deadlines.</li><li>An organized approach to dealing with large amounts of information.</li><li>Current Working with Children Card.</li></ul><p><strong><u>WHAT WE OFFER:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary </li><li>5 weeks Annual Leave plus 3 days additional leave during Christmas</li><li>Relocation Assistance up to $ 2,500.00</li><li>Excellent Work Life Balance – Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li>Funded Professional Development</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul><p>This position involves working with children.
