Year Level/Subject: Primary Holy Rosary School is a dynamic and inclusive Catholic learning community called to service through our Mercy tradition. <p>We seek a passionate, collaborative, inspiring and innovative STEM teacher with a strong work ethic to join our team at Holy Rosary School. We have a 0.2 contract position for work on Thursdays in 2025.</p><p><strong>Selection Criteria</strong></p><p><i>Applicants should address the Selection Criteria, include a resume and name three referees, including your current and previous principal.</i></p><p>The successful applicant should have the knowledge and skills to:</p><ul><li>create engaging, challenging and innovative learning in STEM in ways that support diverse needs and improve student learning outcomes.</li><li>support and implement the practices of PBL (Positive Behaviour for Learning)</li><li>work collaboratively with the partner STEM teacher who works on Wednesdays</li><li>participate and initiate ways to extend and celebrate student learning in STEM</li><li>develop and maintain positive workplace relationships</li><li>reflect on personal practice, and contribute to the professional growth of self and others.</li></ul><p><strong>Special Requirements</strong></p><p>The successful applicant will:</p><ul><li>have an understanding of the ethos and traditions of the Catholic church</li><li>have VIT registration</li><li>be accredited to teach in a Catholic school or committed to achieving this accreditation</li><li>be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment</li><li>Commit to Holy Rosary School&#39;s Child Safe policies and the Code of Conduct.</li></ul><p>Holy Rosary Community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p><p><strong>Applications</strong></p><p>Please address the criteria and send applications to Christine Shaw, via email; employment&#64;hrkensington.catholic.edu.au</p>
