Salary Range Dependant on qualifications and experience.<br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children. </li><li>Have a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Law &amp; Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.</li><li>Document children&#39;s progress and communicate effectively with parents.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Working with Children’s Check &#43; date of birth for verification; (prior to commencement of position)</li><li>First Aid Certificate</li><li>Full Working Rights (no student visas)</li><li>Reference Checks</li><li>1-2 years of experience in early childhood education.</li></ul><p>Mount Sinai College is a safeguarding organisation, promoting the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all people we serve, including children, young people, seniors and people with Disability.
